Durham Academy Junior Guard Toby Harris: He’s knocking down just under 3 Trey balls a night and has only gotten better over these last few seasons. When you factor in his 6’6 height with a nice wingspan and smooth shooting form, you have a specialist that can flat out get it done.
First Flight Senior Guard Dylan Blake: At this point, if you don’t know about Dylan, you literally have to been ignoring social media in NC. He has been tremendous over his high school career and has shown this season that he can put up monster numbers against very good competition.
Northwood Temple Junior Guard Jay Hickman: You wont hear much from him vocally as he is the type of player that likes to allow his production to speak for him. The 6’5 Guard is averaging 15 points per contest which places him 2nd on his team in scoring. Although he can score off the dribble some, he’s the most successful in the corners in catch and shoot situations.
Concord First Assembly Junior Guard Trae Benham: He was a big part of the success of the team as they closed out the regular season with a 30-3 record. Trae is averaging just under 19 PPG and is #1 in the state in made three point shots at just under four a night.
Community Christian Senior Guard Jimmy Forte: Year in and year out he has put up monster numbers with this season being his best as he averaging 30 points per contest. He has outstanding range on his shot with the ability to knock down treys from NBA range. His squad has an overall record of 11-15 but is currently 7-3 in their conference and seem to be playing at a nice level. He has good upper body strength and is one of those players that plain and simply knows how to score the ball.
Lincoln Charter Junior Guard Troy Fulton: Averaging 15 Points and almost five made treys a night, you can see what his role on the squad is. They currently sit at a record of 19-2 with the team on a ten game winning streak, looking to take that into tournament play.
