There's a new top team in the South Wake Athletic Conference. Here's a look at the fourth edition of power rankings.

1. Apex Friendship Patriots (8-2)
Last Rank: 2nd (↑1) 

The Patriots have won three-straight games in conference action to find themselves in a tie for first-place after a slow start. They've found their groove with forward Nick Farrar leading the way. When they're firing on all cylinders, they're a title-contending team, especially with seniors Jayden Beloti and Jeremiah Baker. Apex Friendship has Holly Springs on Friday then South Garner on Tuesday.

2. Garner Magnet Trojans (8-2) 
Last Rank: 1st (↓1)

Garner Magnet has won their last three conference matchups but falling to Apex Friendship back on Jan. 17 has come back to haunt them. They're still in good shape led by unsigned seniors Daveon Dunn, Christopher Nobles and A.J. Daniels. The Trojans will face Apex on Friday then Middle Creek on Tuesday.

3. Middle Creek Mustangs (7-3)
Last Rank: 3rd (↔)

The Middle Mustangs are steady at third in the power rankings after going 2-1 since the last edition. They'll look to finish with a bang with Fuquay-Varina and Garner Magnet to finish up their schedule. They dropped a big one
