The Eagles are 24-0 and fresh off a win over Minnehaha Academy. It’s been the perfect season result wise to this point and Frisch has enjoyed all of it.
“The year is going great,” Miles said. “We are all playing super well together and are in a groove. I think we are all playing great. We all know our roles and that’s why we have been so successful.”
If you’ve seen Eden Prairie this year – a team that has beaten the top seven teams in Class AAAA and the best two teams in Class AAA – you know that this is a team that is all in together as one unit. Just listen to the goals of Miles Frisch!
“As a team our only goal is to win the state championship. As an individual player my main goal is to do whatever is necessary to help us win.
“The chemistry we have is great. Drake (Dobbs), Connor (Christensen), Austin (Andrews), and John (Henry) have all been playing together for so long that it makes it super easy for me to know where to stand on the floor. We all know each other’s favorite spots, movement patterns, etc. it’s definitely been super beneficial to our team.”
Individually Frisch has made a college decision to attend Carleton College. It was a decision that was easy and exciting for Frisch.
“I’m going to Carleton. In terms of school it was exactly what I was looking for. It’s a great school academically and I really like the location. In terms of basketball I really like the coaches and the team was great.”
To get ready for his role with the Eagles, and to get ready for college basketball, Miles has a couple hoops influences who have helped him reach his current status as a player.
“My biggest basketball influence has been Reid Ouse,” Miles said. “He has trained me a lot over the last couple of seasons and he has really helped my game.”
