Six-foot-4-inch point guard Levi Houck (Tuttle HS) holds an offer from McPherson College (Kan.).

"And I'm being recruited by Black Hills St., a D-II in South Dakota," Houck said.

The lengthy scoring guard has an arsenal of talents, including using his frame and ball-skills to finish at the rim consistently, shooting the ball from the dribble and making off-ball cuts to free his teammates.

"I feel like being a lengthy, all-around guard, my passing ability, getting my teammates open looks and easy finishes is my best [skill]," Houck said. "I like to shoot it as well as getting to the rim.

Defensively, Houck said he takes pride on his show-stopping skills.

"I like trying to shut down the other team's best player," Houck said.

Houck acknowledged the parts of his game he is working to improve as well.

"[I want to] shoot the ball at a higher percentage, get stronger and faster and tighter ball-handling," Houck said, "to play at the next level.

Many people may not know that Houck was not born or raised in Oklahoma.
