PH: For those who haven’t seen you play, how would you describe your game?
GC: “I’m very aggressive on both ends of the floor. I play a lot of help defense. I need to work on my on-ball defense a lot. Offensively, I think I can shoot and make my teammates better.”
PH: What is the most improved part of your game?
GC: “I think it’s my IQ, my shooting and my dribbling.”
PH: What did you do to improve those aspects of your game?
GC: “Just working out every day. I’ve been on the court 7 days a week. No days off for me.”
PH: What is the most underrated part of your game?
GC: “I think it’s my help defense. I don’t think the coaches notice what I can do on the defensive end. I know I need to work hard and work more on that end, but I think it’s underrated.”
PH: Describe your role for this team
GC: “I think I’m an all-around player. A shooter who can knock down shots.”
PH: Have any schools reached out to recruit you? If so, who?
GC: “CNU, Hood College & Marymount.”
PH: What are your goals?
GC: “I just want to play college basketball. If I could play D1, that would be lovely. If not, I’m going to take my chances and keep working hard.”
