Pike: vs North Central 2/14/20
Ryan Conwell – 5’11 2022 PG: Overall, Conwell is a solid player. Did not really do a whole lot but played defense really well. Looks to be pretty strong but needs to use that to his advantage a bit more. Would have liked to see him be a bit more active on offense however.
J.J Louden Jr. – 6’4 2022 SF: Louden is a real athletic SF. When watching him, I noticed he loved the pull-up 15ft jumper, which he can hit. For being a long SF he does not drive to the basket very often. Would like to see what his inside game is. Overall, the 2022 SF will be very good come his senior year.
North Central: vs Pike 2/14/20
Charlie Peterson – 6’8 2020 PF: Peterson is one of the better bigs I have seen this year. Plays the post extremely well and has great foot work. Had a huge block and a few rebounds as well. Army is getting a good one.
Jalen Clark – 6’0 2021 PG: Clark might have been my favorite player on the court this game. Dude is extremely fast and can fly down the court. Had a nice finish to the rim and is a pretty good defender. Just needs to get stronger.
Mike Elliott Jr. – 6’2 2021 SG: Elliott had a solid night. Had rebound and nice assist that led to a huge 3. Also had a nice steal in transition. Just needs to work on finishing at the rim.
Quinton Boyd – 6’2 2021 C: For being on the shorter end, Boyd has a big frame to him. Had a pretty sweet rebound that led to a post hook shot. Stands his ground very well. Once his cardio gets better, dude could be a stud.
Leland Walker – 5’11 2022 PG: Leland was one of the better players on the court. Really fast and aggressive. Probably has some of the best ball handles in the state. Will need to hit the weight room hard to get stronger. This PG has a bright future.
