Jabrian Acosta (West Aurora)
Acosta is a bouncy forward that excels playing in the open floor. Run and jump athlete that makes plays in transition and around the hoop.
Darrion Baker (St. Rita)
Really intrigued with this 6’6” small forward from St. Rita. Excellent size already with a big frame and plus athleticism. Attacks downhill with force. Capable three point shooter. Potential to be a two way standout down the line.
Cam Christie (Rolling Meadows)
Christie is the younger brother of top 2021 prospect Max Christie. The freshman combo guard has a thin build and a smooth offensive game. Hits mid-range jumpers and converts and-1s in the paint.
Bryce Coleman (St. Joseph’s)
The 6’3” freshman has been very solid every time we have seen him flashing potential. He broke out at the Proviso West Holiday Tournament. Tough wing defender that has active hands and gets steals. Excellent wing rebounder that gets on the glass for put backs. It was his shooting that caught our attention during the season. Free and easy release and lets it go with a ton of confidence. Pretty good handles at a young age.
Raeshom Harris (Hyde Park)
Harris is an active and athletic freshman wing to track long term. Flashes some intriguing tools. Jumped off the floor to us when we saw him at the Proviso West tournament.
Ethan Kizer (Metamora)
There have been several Kizers from central Illinois over the last few years, but this one could have the highest ceiling. The long haired blonde wing is known for his unique look and elite level of athleticism shown off on his dunks.
Nate Kwiecinski (Loyola)
We have covered his twin brothers for years and now Nate will be on our radar over the next four years. Like his brothers he is a rangy forward with good size and length. Sound shooting mechanics with upside as a floor stretcher.
Sam Lewis (OPRF)
This small forward has an extremely projectable game. Love what he brings to the table defensively getting in passing lanes where he steals the ball and goes the other way. Tons of upside as a two way player. Hasn’t played much on varsity, but has one of the highest ceilings in the class.
Jordan Pickett (Belleville East)
Broad shoulders and long arms. Should continue to grow. Silky smooth driver and ball handler that has a burst on his first step getting to the cup. Younger brother of former Belleville East and current Mizzou standout Javon Pickett.
Macaleab Rich (East St. Louis)
The 6’4” powerfully built wing has such a physical body for a freshman, but has some projectability as well. He is at his best around the hoop using his superior strength to post up defenders and get on the glass for put backs. Displays handles on drives from the wing where he beats his man to the cup. Can hit a three on occasion. Wing rebounder and plus defender.
Khalil Ross (Lincoln Way East)
Ross is a rangy left handed wing that has super long length and is a pogo stick of an athlete. Absolutely love his upside as a prospect! He has a chance to be one of the top wings in this class if he continues to develop. Sound mid-range shooter and can hit from three.
Xavier Sulaiman (Marist)
This 6’2” two guard is a crafty wing with size. He is good at finishing around the hoop with nifty footwork and layups on drives. Slick scoring wing that has go to scoring potential.
