6’4 Jax Pearce (Davis High School)
Jax is that player that makes that extra pass that leads to the pass and shot that goes in. He battles for the offensive rebound or defensive rebound to help secure a win. Seven points a game might not seem like a lot but it is when you’re battling in Region 1 and every point counts.
5’11 Kylan Shorts (Copper Hills)
Kylan is dishing out an impressive 8 assist a game. One of the most unselfish point guards in the state as he looks to get others involved before scoring himself. He still averages 6 points a game and over 2 rebounds as well.
6’3 Nate Maiava (Jordan High School)
Nate has been producing all year scoring 9 points a game, 3 assist and 4 rebounds. The great thing about Nate is that he can go out and get you 20 points if needed but he does what’s best for the team.
6’0 Kipp Calder (Fremont)
Kipp is that teammate that keeps opposing teams honest or keeps them from cheating to help too much, He hits three’s and rebounds. With players like Harrop, Hall and Vorhees. “Glue Guys” like Kipp are much needed.
6’2 Gabe Soto (Juan Diego)
Gabe is a guard that can play PG or off the ball. 10 points 2 rebounds and 3 assist is a solid stat-line as he can score in a flurry when needed. He has a great outside shot and he seems to continue to improve.
5’7 Phill Harris (Corner Canyon)
Phill is often the smallest player on the court, but you couldn’t tell by his stat=line. He scores 6 points a game, 4 rebounds and 3 assist. He plays with a lot of speed. He gets back on defense and does a great job of stopping opposing teams fast breaks.
6’3 Bodi Nageli (Herriman)
The Herriman player that is often position-less because he does it all. Bodi plays with a high motor as he attacks the glass and hits shots and finds different ways to score. The junior guard is going to instrumental this year for Herriman to make a run.
