Lance Hackney 6’7″ Lutheran-St. Charles: The 2021 power forward scored 15 points and controlled the paint in the Cougars victory over Winfield. He used his size and bulk to power his way to buckets and offensive rebounds and put backs. He played with a lot of energy and zeal on both ends of the court.
Collin Parker 6’7″ Montgomery County: The 2021 combo forward scored 14 points in the Wildcats victory over North Callaway. He is a skilled player who is equally effective in the low post or on the perimeter shooting 3-pointer and delivering passes. He is very good operating out of the high post.
Carson Parker 6’8″ Montgomery County: The older brother of the Wildcats’ family frontcourt duo, Carson does most of his work in the low post. He was patient on Monday night as North Callaway surrounded him in a zone, so he got a chance to showcase his excellent passing skills.
Trent Anderson 6’5″ Hermann: The 2020 power forward scored 15 points in a victory over Bowling Green. The big lefty has a game that is strictly meat and potatoes. He posts up strong, catches the ball and powers up for two with a drop step. It has been very effective for four varsity seasons.
George Niemeyer 6’4″ Bowling Green: The 2020 forward scored 19 points against Hermann and he did it in a solid and efficient manner. He was a very good finisher around the basket and he did a good job of constantly moving and finding the open spots in the defense.
