There's plenty of talented guys in the Richmond area who do a number of things very well, but the way shooting has become a premium over the past few years it's become essential for players to be able to fill it up and knock down shots from deep. Here's a look at six of the top junior shooters in the Richmond area right now.

AJ Williams | 6’0” G | Trinity Episcopal

Williams has been one of the top shooters in the state since he was a freshman that made huge shots for Varina in their 2018 state championship run, and now that he’s on a Trinity team that desperately needed a floor spacing guard he’s in the perfect role. Not only is there plenty of spacing for Williams and opportunities for kick-outs with the stud front court duo of Henry Coleman and Burke Smith, he’s also able to show that he’s a little more than just a shooter as he can make plays off the bounce and hit them with high-lows and lobs in transition.
