The state tournament is a week away with teams gearing up for a run at the Tournament of Champions. Camden is the top ranked team in the state and is riding a 19-game winning streak. The Panthers are looking to win their first Tournament of Champions since 2000, but will have to get through two-time defending Group 2 champion Haddonfield first. The state playoffs provide plenty of opportunities for players to break out onto the scene. Here are the top breakout players in South Jersey Group 2.

Brandon Ratcliffe, 6'1 SG West Deptford 2020

Classmate MJ Iraldi has been the driving force for the Eagles this season, but Ratcliffe has the potential to have a big performance in states. The 6'1 shooting guard knows how to move off the ball and cuts hard to the basket. Ratcliffe is a play-maker with the ball in his hands and can rebound the ball in traffic. West Deptford has the opportunity to make a deep run in South Jersey Group 2, meaning Ratcliffe has a chance to breakout against good competition.
