Lian Ramero- Grandview
Lian Ramero has had an impressive senior season leading Grandview to be ranked the 5th best team in 5A. He has averaged 15.5 points and 4.0 assists per game this season. Lian uses his tight handles to create space from defenders, whether that’s for a stepback jumper or to drive to the basket. Lian may have the best set of moves in the state to get buckets but also has good vision and plays well within Grandviews system. You can expect Lian to have the ball in his hands during a close game as he is known for closing out games for Grandview.
Myles Purchase– Cherry Creek
Myles Purchase seems to be a defensive star no matter what sport it is. The future D1 corner back, seems to have a defensive chip on his shoulder, he often gets the defensive match up of the other teams best guard and never backs down. Myles also uses his speed to blow by defenders for smooth finishes at the rim. Also his jumper has looked good recently which makes him even more of a threat on the offensive end. Myles is a player who will make his impact known on the court and is a huge reason for Cherry Creeks success this year.
Quis Davis- Denver East
Quis Davis is only a sophomore and he showing just the beginning of how good he is going to be. He is a great athlete who stands at 5’10 but can get up and dunk on bigger players, and has great court vision. This year he is one the assists leaders in Colorado with 6.6 assists per game. He plays a pass first role but can also find his own bucket when needed. Quis seems to play with a chip on his shoulder wanting to go harder then whoever he’s going against.
Alonzo Paul- Regis Jesuit
Alonzo Paul is someone who can score in bunches. This year he has stepped up as a leader for this young Regis Jesuit team. Alonzo has had some crazy scoring performances but has not been consistent, in that category. You could compare him to Vinnie “The Microwave” Johnson in the way that once he gets hot there is not much stopping him from scoring.
