RASHID ABUDU | MAGRUDER ’21
Abudu burst onto the scene early in the season and hasn’t slowed down since. He is a shifty guard who can score from all three levels. Abudu is a reliable secondary playmaker who looks to get downhill and get others involved. He also moves well without the ball, giving his teammates an outlet at all times.
RYAN ARCHEY | GWYNN PARK ’22
Archey is an unselfish guard who excels at making plays and scoring in transition. He is a good ball-handler, paint getter and shot creator. One thing Archey does well for a guard is rebounding in his area. He has a chance to be very good as his overall game develops and he gains experience.
AMIR DADE | ST. CHARLES ’22
Dade has thrived as the starting point guard this season. He is a lefty who can shoot it from long range but is also a very crafty finisher who can use either hand. A good rebounding guard, Dade is a legit grab-and-go threat.
BOBBY HILL | RESERVOIR ’21
Since transferring from DeMatha, Hill has put up huge numbers at Reservoir. He’s a long-limbed 6-foot-5 forward who plays much bigger than his listed height. Hill is adept at rebounding out of his area and blocking shots but is also productive, efficient and versatile offensively. Hill can face-up or score with back to the basket.
JAKE KOVERMAN | SOUTHERN-AA ’21
Koverman is an athletic, 6-foot-5 wing who contributes in many ways. His ball-handling has improved enough to be a viable option to run the point. Koverman is also capable of scoring from all three levels. He is also a good rebounder who showcases a high IQ when processing defensive coverages.
NICK MARSHALL | RIVER HILL ’21
Marshall is an athletic, 6-foot-4 slashing guard who can keep the defense honest by knocking down perimeter jump shots. He is also a good rebounder who can push quickly in transition and find others or create for himself.
MIKE MYRIE | MAGRUDER ’21
Myrie is a crafty, very athletic lead guard who gets downhill quickly and can finish at the rim with the very best of them. He is a dynamic talent who could have some massive stat lines in this tournament for a sneaky-talented Magruder team.
MACAHI NELSON | WILLIAMSPORT ’22
Nelson is a very athletic wing with length and coordination. He loves to get out in transition where he is adept at getting into the paint and finishing above the rim. With Lincoln Ball out due to injury, Nelson will embrace a bigger role for his team.
DELONTE RAYNOR | FAIRMONT HEIGHTS ’22
Raynor is a big guard with good length and defensive potential. He is a perfect complementary player in any team because he doesn’t need the ball to be effective. With that being said, Raynor’s future as a primary initiator is promising. He sees the floor well, gets downhill aggressively, and is a fearless finisher in traffic.
ABDOU SAMB | DOUGLASS-PG ’21
Samb is a stretch big with good length. He blocks shots, rebounds, and is a great rim runner. Samb’s presence on the interior makes Douglass a tough out in this tournament.
