Radisevic Drawing Division 2 Attention
A late bloomer, Brookfield Central 2020 power forward Eric Radisevic has become a hot commodity this winter.
After flashing in some fall league action, Radisevic has built on that momentum during his senior season. Radisevic is currently averaging 11.8 points per game, which ranks second on a loaded Lancer squad that’s currently 8-1 and No. 3 in Division 1. Radisevic is also posting 6.1 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, and 1.9 assists per game as well.
A nice blend of skill and power, Radisevic said Division 2 programs such as Quincy, St. Cloud State, and Hillsdale have all been showing interest this winter. Most of the WIAC is involved with the 6-foot-9 senior as well.
Not currently ranked by Prep Hoops, Radisevic will likely rise into the top 50 later this season.
Jedwabny Still on the Board
One of the top seniors available is Kaukauna shooting guard Logan Jedwabny.
His recruitment has been surprisingly quiet and if I’m a Division 3 school, I’m drooling over the thought of Jedwabny falling into my lap. A deadly sniper with range and size (6-3), Jedwabny broke out last season for the Ghosts and put together a very strong spring and summer on the travel circuit. While Kaukauna is struggling this season, Jedwabny is not, averaging close to 16 points per game for a team that has three other college prospects on it.
Jedwabny did have a Division 2 scholarship from Northern Michigan, but said UW-Oshkosh and Black Hills State were the two programs he’s in contact with the most at this time.
Ferris Sets Official Visit to D2 Program
Another Kaukauna prospect still on the board is guard Keaton Ferris. The sharpshooting playmaker has set an official visit to Minot State for next weekend. He also picked up a D2 scholarship from Minnesota State-Mankato.
Ferris listed Eastern Illinois and Saint Leo as two other programs currently expressing interest. The 6-foot guard is currently averaging 12.3 points and a handful of assists per game this season for the Ghosts.
Lovelace Generating D1, D2 Interest
One of the biggest stock risers in the state in July, Wauwatosa East 2021 wing John Lovelace is starting to see his recruitment pick up.
Lovelace has taken an unofficial visit to Marquette. He’s also been in touch with UW-Milwaukee, Southern Illinois, South Dakota State, Winona State, and Minnesota-Crookston.
Injured earlier in the season, Lovelace has played in seven of nine games for the Red Raiders. He’s currently averaging 9.1 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.
Noll Looking at Three
Cuba City 2020 guard Jackson Noll had a game-high 24 points in a win over Dodgeville on Monday. After the game, Noll said UW-Stout, Buena Vista, and Concordia (WI) were the three schools he was currently focused on.
A dangerous sharpshooter and skilled playmaker, Noll is averaging 10.4 ppg for undefeated and the No. 1 ranked Cubans, that features three, potentially four other college prospects on it.
