Forsyth Country Day 2023 Guard Will Gray dropped 17 points to lead his team to a win. Gray is one that we got to see prior to his freshman year and we are very excited about what he can possibly be. His scoring ability , athleticism and IQ for the game are all things that we really like about his game.
Kinston HS Junior Wing Dontrez Styles went for 30 in a thriller win over Goldsboro HS. Styles has been on a mission this season, proving himself as not only a top player in NC but also a Top 100 player nationally.
Washington County Senior Guard De’andre Downing put together another double/double with 10 points and 15 rebounds Friday night. Downing is an intriguing prospect due to the fact that he’s a 6’6 Guard with a long wingspan that you can play in multiple positions.
Pender HS Senior Guard Jajuan Carr continues to play at a high level and turning more heads . In their matchup with Dixon HS he went for 30 points, scoring the ball at a high level which is something that he is very well known for.
The High Point Christian backcourt duo of Landon Sutton and KJ Garrett has been noticed as one of the better backcourts duos in the state and their matchup with FCDS showed many why. Junior Guard KJ Garret finished with 27 Points while Senior Guard Landon Sutton went for a double/double of 28 points and 11 rebounds.
Lumberton HS Junior Guard Jordan McNeill led his team to a big win over Richmond County on Friday night. McNeil scored 26 points and pulled down 8 rebounds and for the season he is averaging 22 Points, 7 Assist and 6 Rebounds per game.
Pinecrest HS Junior Guard Bradlee Haskell may be one of the most underrated prospects in the state but continues to play at a very high level. Haskell went for 15 points, 12 rebound and 7 assist in a big win over Scotland County.
