Last week we took the rankings for the senior and junior classes and looked at key numbers and the prospects at those spots. Now we will look at the sophomore class and the players that are in key spots in the prospect rankings.

This #1 is for Michigan, but can apply on a national scale as well. Bates does everything, and does it all on an elite level. This gives him so much versatility on both ends. Of course Bates has extraordinary natural talent, but he has a work ethic and grind that isn’t topped by any high school player in the country.
