Sky View has been in a class of it’s own since Day 1. Mason Falslev is special and could be unstoppable in 4A. Ridgeline is the dark horse that has emerged as a true contender as they have size speed and shooting. Kaden Cox is one of those fearless guys that can make things happen. There is a lot of similarities in a few of the Top 5. Talon Valdes of Juan Diego is lightning fast and putting up nice numbers. A few times peaked early and maybe that’s why the RPI is keeping them in the mix but it could get tricky for some of the teams that fall from 5-10 in the RPI because they will have a bad 1st round game.

Woods Cross has played a tough schedule and are lead by Jake Howe and Tyler Roberts. Maple Mountain is a tough team as they even beat 6A power Corner Canyon. Timpanogod and Timpview have the guys to beat anyone. Timpview’s Jake Whalin could be a player to take them to another level. Springville has one of the biggest skilled players in the state in Zach Vinisin. Also watch out for Robert Whaley and Bountiful.

6A is Region 1 heavy. Ethan Potter, Dallin Hall, Trevan Leondhart are all going to have a big part in who wins 6A this year. Trevon Snoody and Duncan Reid could be trouble as they continue to play well. Watch out for Westlake as they have a lot of players that contribute.
