The season is flying by. With teams already in the nitty gritty of region and league play, standings are starting to take form and we’re getting a pretty good idea of what teams can reasonably expect for the remainder of the season.

Here are last week’s teams of the week:

Langdon/Edmore/Munich

The Cardinals bounced back from a loss the previous week to Hatton/Northwood with a win over a very good Dakota Prairie team. Simon Romfo and Grant Romfo combined for 33 points while Jackson Delvo added 18 to help LEM survive a 38-point outburst from Dakota Prairie’s Tyler Loe is a 74-63 victory.

Dickinson Trinity

After a slow-ish start to the season, the Titans seem to be rounding into form. Their ascension continued last week and ended on a high note with a win over a very good New Town team. Trinity’s defense is always a strength and it held New Town to just 47 points, but the offense also showed signs of breaking out. Jake Daniel continues to develop into something of a go-to scorer for the Titans, as he led the way with 15 points. Trey Praus and Tanner Soehren
