Kareem Rozier 5’9, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s
Rozier is one of the best floor general’s in the 2020 class if not the best. The 5’9 shifty guard creates a lot of open opportunities for his teammates, while also being able to break the defense down and create opportunities for himself attacking the rim and also being able to step out and knock down the deep ball. Rozier finished with 15 points in the matchup and a handful of assist, Rozier also received his first D1 offer from Mississippi Valley state earlier this week. Keep an eye out for the sophomore guard as he continues his climb to the top!
Lorne Bowman II 6’2, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s
Bowman finished with 28 points in the matchup leading all scorers and putting Grand Blanc away in the end. the 6’2 guard was under control all night not getting rattled when Grand Blanc made their runs, leading #1 St. Mary’s past #5 Grand Blanc 69-66.
Ty Rodgers 6’5, Grand Blanc
Rodgers led Grand Blanc in scoring with 16 points in the matchup. Making a big comeback in the 4th quarter Rodgers put the team on his back but fell short, The 6’5 sophomore is an elite scorer that can guard every position on the floor also coming up with some big-time blocks in the St. Mary’s Matchup.
RJ Taylor 5’11, Grand Blanc
Taylor had a solid outing finishing with 10 points in last night’s matchup, The freshman guard is a knockdown shooter that can create his own shot from everywhere on the floor. Taylor didn’t play like a freshman at all tonight running the offense and finding his rhythm inside the offense against #1 St. Mary’s
