Micah Lovett – Union – G
Lovett led the Redskins all the way to the championship game and put on a show for the entire tournament. Although Lovett didn’t necessarily light up the scoreboard, (20 points combined in the semi-finals and championship game) he does everything that a coach needs out of a starting point guard. He was one of the best defensive players in the tournament, got his teammates involved, and scored effortlessly in transition.
Donovan Vickers – Edmond Santa Fe – G
Vickers is a guard that can score in bunches while also being the best defensive player on the floor. He plays the passing lanes, gets to the basket, and knocks down jumpers consistently. Vickers has a good feel for the game and was the best player for his team by far.
Davion Warden – Northwest Classen – G
Warden is a lengthy guard that is a sniper from behind-the-arc. He also has an arsenal of moves in one-on-one situations and creates second chance opportunities for his team by crashing the offensive glass.
Seth Chargois – Union – G/F
Chargois is a crafty wing that is extremely versatile and can score in many different ways. He can knock down the three, score with his back to the basket, and finish in transition. He is also a good shot-blocker who can guard most positions.
Christian Seals – Trinity Christian Cedar Hill – F
Seals is a lengthy forward that grabs anything that comes off of the rim. His great rebounding skills led to countless layups for himself and second-chance points for his team. He is also a great shot blocker.
