Jailan Ardoin 6’3 PG | Port Arthur Tekoa Academy | So.
This prospect plays at a private school and has been on varsity since his 7th-grade year. He has been giving people buckets this year. Big strong guard that gets to the rim. Scrappy on-ball defender. And rebounds the ball very well for his team. Has solid IQ and a good motor. He has had a 50 point game this season and is averaging 28 points per game, 9 rebounds per game, 6 assists per game, and 4 steals per game.
Tyler Smith 6’8 SF | Fort Bend Bush HS | Fr. PHTX50 as seen in the picture
Tyler is a long and athletic wing that continues to grow within the game of basketball. He is currently the #1 ranked Texas Prospect for his class and holds two D1 offers on the table. His outside game continues to improve. Good handle on the ball and can take opponents off the dribble. Finished well around the rim. He is giving solid contributions to his team this season. He is averaging 12 points per game, 5 rebounds per game, and 2 blocks per game.
Sam Bradford 6’5 SF | Goose Creek Memorial HS | So.
Sam is a smooth player whose game continues to grow. He has a great handle on the ball. And moves well without the ball in his hands. Active on the glass and is a shot altering machine. He can score on all three levels of the floor as well. He is currently leading his team in scoring at 14.7 points per game and is the district’s 2nd leading scorer. He also averages 8.7 rebounds per game, 2.8 assists per game, and 2.7 steals per game on the season.
Chandler Williams 6’4 SF | Klein Forest HS | Fr.
Chandler has been having a really solid freshman year on Varsity as a starter. He is always working on the glass and sets really solid on-ball screens. He has been able to guard guards as well as wings and post around 6’6 very well. Versatile prospect that has good strength. Despite his youth, he gives them big-time minutes and I can’t say that about most prospects who are freshmen. He has the ability to score around the rim, knock down mid-range jumpers, and steps out for the trey ball every once in a while.
Dayvaughn Froe 6’3 SG | Katy HS | So.
Dayvaughn is a tough prospect who stood out to me last year during the Grassroots season playing up on the 16U level. He can score the ball on all three levels of the floor. He has a solid motor and isn’t afraid to get in the mix and after the 50/50 balls. His play has really led his team this year to a shocking above .500 that no one seen coming. Tough prospect that has a lot of potential. He is leading the Katy Tigers in scoring with a 12.9 points per game average, 5.2 rebounds per game, and 1.7 steals per game.
