Paul McMillan IV (Woodward)- Able to create his own offense with the dribble drive and shooting touch. Good size for a sophomore. Utilizes his size and ball-handling to get in the paint. We’ve seen him score more consistently in the past but he was facing intense defense from the Scots.
Jerry Saunders (Pickerington North)- I really liked what I saw from him in terms of his dribble drive ability. Showed an ability to knock down midrange jump shots off the dribble and brought a nice slashing mentality against an athletic Milton team.
Michael Bova (St. Edward)- Backcourt spark off the bench for the Eagles. Not the tallest player, but found ways to get to the rim off the dribble drive. Very good defensive player and impressed specifically with his vertical speed and quickness.
Elmore James (Brush)- Strong build for a guard. Excelled in transition and fast break opportunities getting in front of opposing defenders. Great finisher at the rim and was able to get to the rim consistently.
Kebba Njie (Centerville)- Has extended range for a post player. Could score from multiple levels. High level defensive player and utilized his length to create issues in the paint. Shot blocker.
