Lumberton HS continues to roll and Senior Guard Jordan McNeill is one of the reasons why, as he’s been on a terrific tear as of late. He continued his stellar play with 27 Points, knocking down five three pointers in only 3 quarters of a play in a win.
Richmond County picked up a big win over Purnell Swett and Junior Forward Nygie Stroman played a nice role for them. He finished with 19 Points on the night and plays the game with a high motor which allows him to be a good rebounder as well.
Overhills HS Unsigned Senior Guard Jase Ford scored 21 points, continuing to score the ball at a nice level. Ford is a player that we have watched score the ball at a very high level over the past years and should be able to transition to the college level well.
Freedom Christian Unsigned Senior PG Manrique Alvarado helped to lead his team to a good conference win , dropping 25 Points and dishing out 5 Assist. Freedom is a squad that could be dangerous once tournament times comes and Alvarado is the general that makes everything go for the team.
Schools such as Appalachian State and USC-Aiken have displayed interested in First Flight HS Senior Guard Dylan Blake over the last week and more should jump aboard. Last night he continued to make his case, dropping 37 Points out of the 60 points for his team in a win.
Scotland County Guard Garrett Mcrae led his team in scoring with 19 Points against Jack Britt HS. Mcrae is one of those players that we feel is still under the radar and should see a boost in his recruitment sooner than later.
South Johnston HS Senior G/F CJ Ray led his squad to another victory with 20 Points. Ray has been outstanding this season, flirting with double/double numbers every game.
