I have put together a list of some of the top unsigned Seniors in Central Louisiana. I urge the College Coaches and Personnel or anyone that has connections to please pay attention and take notes not just to this listing of kids, but to all of the kids that come onto the radar from this area and the State of Louisiana as a whole as in my opinion.
Central Louisiana and the entire state of Louisiana is under recruited and under appreciated in the basketball world. These kids have worked hard and deserve the opportunity to play at the next level. I present to you Louisiana Cliff’s top unsigned Seniors from Central Louisiana and surrounding areas.
1. Melvion Flanagan – SR. 6-0 Combo Guard Peabody Magnet High School Warhorses (Alexandria, LA)
Current 2019-2020 Stats: 24 PPG 5 Assist 5 Rebs and 3 Steals Per Game
Flanagan has been the Warhorses bread and butter all season long putting his team on his back. Flanagan is a volume scorer who can go off at any given time. Melvion has put up multiple 30+ point scoring outings including a 40 point explosion against defending Class 1A State Champion North Central. Flanagan is a terrific ball handler and on ball defender. His range from beyond the 3 point line is nothing short of amazing. Mix his scoring ability with his passing and play making skills, you have the making of a player that should be on the collegiate radar.
2. Desmond Mcquain – SR. 6-2 PG/SG Alexandria Senior High Trojans (Alexandria, LA)
Current 2019-2020 Stats: 16 PPG 2 Assist 4 Rebs and 2 Steals Per Game
Mcquain is a elite shooter who has very good ball handling skills and plays off the ball very well. Very strong ability to move without the ball. Plays both guard positions and is a great on and off ball defender. Very disciplined and had great court vision. Effectively plays the passing lanes. High basketball I.Q.
3. Marcus Jones – SR. 6-4 G/SF Peabody Magnet High School Warhorses (Alexandria, LA)

Marcus Jones is a very long and athletic wing that can guard all 5 positions on the court. Jones is a good ball handler and has an excellent mid-range game. Very bouncy athlete with great court vision. Constantly called upon to guard the opposing teams best player. Jones is a defensive superstar.
4. Thomas Miles – SR. 6-2 PG/SG Peabody Magnet High School Warhorses (Alexandria, LA)
Current 2019-2020 Stats: 13 PPG 7 Rebs and 2 Steals Per Game
If you were to ask most coaches/players in the state, most would probably agree that Thomas Miles is best athlete in Central Louisiana and hands down a top 50 prospect in the entire state.
His hustle, ball handling, and mid range game are elite. Miles is a great defensive player as well who can guard anyone. Thomas Miles is tough ball player. Never scared of the moment.
