On Friday night I went to Riverdale Baptist as they hosted National Christian in a Capital Beltway conference matchup. National Christian went up 2-0 but never regained the lead until 1:01 left as Riverdale controlled all game. After National Christian took the lead with 1:01 left, Riverdale quickly regained the lead back and ultimately won by a final score of 57-52. Below are five answers to key questions involving the contest. 

How was Jakai Robinson?

To be blunt, Jakai was pretty much irrelevant in the first half. He walked into halftime with 3 points off free throws. However, as soon as the second half started that completely changed and he took over for National Christian finishing with 22 points. He used his bigger body to bully his way to the rim and also displayed his nice jumper with very good shot mechanics. He also rebounds very well for his position as he constantly is going up for rebounds on both ends of the floor. In the second half he showed why he can play at the high major level.

How was Devon Savage?
