10. Lincoln
This team has one of, if not the toughest schedule in 4A. They have lost to some very strong teams but have also beat some good teams as well. This team is being led by one of the top scorers in the state, TJ Bamba, who is averaging 26 points per game. They also have Ty Foster who is averaging 14.8 points per game. These two are the main players on the team and keep them in any 4A game.
9. Sand Creek
Sand Creek so far this season has gone 7-3 with a decent schedule. They have lost to some good 4A teams and have beat some good teams: Pueblo West, Pine Creek, and The Classical Academy. This team is being led by junior Markus Ramirez who has limitless range from the outside and a good floater around the bucket. This team has two huge match ups when they play Cheyenne Mountain and Lewis-Palmer, these will be telling on how good this team truly is.
8. Centaurus
Centaurus has had a bit of an up and down year beating some good teams and losing to some decent teams. A standout on the team is my personal most underrated unsigned senior, Owen Koonce, who is one of the best players in the state and keeps them in many games. This year he is averaging 17.4 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. They have a big match up coming when they play their rival Longmont which should be a good game to watch.
7. Northfield
This Northfield team has surprised many because this is only their second year having a varsity team. They have one of the most athletic teams in 4A, leading the way is Nsyah Bolar an athletic 6’7 big who is averaging a double-double with 17.9 points and 11.9 rebounds per game. They also have a solid wing, Marcus Rogers, who is a lengthy player who can shoot from the outside and uses his height to finish inside.
6. Longmont
Longmont despite losing most of their players from last years championship appearance, has come back towards the top of 4A. Both of this teams losses have been to very good teams, one from an Erie team on the brink of top ten and another to number two Mead. They are being led by senior Dallas Dye who had a good role on the team last year. They also have a big man who has hopped on the scene, Eddie Kujack, who is putting up a good stat line with 13.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.9 blocks. This team has a big match up coming up against another top ten team, Centaraus; this should be a great game to watch.
