There are multiple exciting matchups throughout the day and fans will be able to watch multiple college commits and current college prospects. January 20th will most definitely be an exciting day of basketball with future college players on display!
Boy’s Schedule:
Committed College Prospects:
Mount Si- 2020 6’7 SG Tyler Patterson (Montana State)
Mount Si- 2020 6’6 PG Jabe Mullins (Saint Mary’s)
Olympia- 2021 6’9 PF Jackson Grant (Washington)
Mercer Island- 2020 6’5 SG Adam Parker (Dominican University)
Other College Prospects to watch:
2020 6’4 SF Jaleel Walton (Kentlake HS)
- Athletic wing player that would be worth taking a look at for smaller colleges. He is averaging 11 ppg, 10 rpg, 1.5 bpg and 1 spg. He is active and does a little bit of everything for Kentlake.
2022 6’9 C Cooper Church (Tahoma HS)
- D1 offered sophomore that has nice potential as a post prospect. He will have his hands full against Olympia’s Jackson Grant, but Cooper has a soft shooting touch and great shot blocking ability. He will only get better as he gets stronger and puts it all together.
2020 6’4 SF JC Humphrey (Tahoma HS)
- JC does a lot of everything for Tahoma and that has some given him some college attention. He can defend multiple positions, he rebounds and he can score it. He is a really solid small college prospect.
2021 6’9 C David Pickles (Mercer Island HS)
- Big man with imposing size. Clogs the paint on defense and rebounds in his area. He has a soft shooting touch from the outside as well. Projected level as a prospect is still to be determined.
2021 6’7 SF Kenzel Massey (Lakes HS)
- One of the better wings in the state for his class, Kenzel can fill it up from the outside and he is getting better at attacking the basket. He has a slim frame that needs weight on it, but he still has several D1 schools tracking his progress.
2021 6’4 G Jordan McCray (Lakes HS)
- Wiry guard who has been really solid in his junior season averaging 15 ppg, 7 rpg and over 2 spg. Jordan is another solid college prospect for Lakes.
2020 6’9 C Hayden Curtiss (Mount Si HS)
- Unsigned senior with great length and rim protecting ability. Curtiss is a player that will easily get better with time in a college program and worth some schools taking a chance on.
2022 6’0 PG Bennett O’Connor (Mount Si HS)
- Strong and sturdy point guard with crafty ball handling and passing skills. He willingly gets his teammates involved at 4.5 assists per game. He also chips in 7 ppg playing with one of the best 1-2 punches in the state in Mullins and Patterson.
2022 6’6 SF Quin Patterson (Mount Si HS)
- Another college prospect for Mount Si in the sophomore class. Quin stretches the floor with his three point shooting ability and makes the most of the touches he gets. He currently holds some D1 interest.
2022 6’7 SF Tyler Linhardt (King’s HS)
- One of the top sophomores in the PNW has a nice inside-out game at 6’7. His athleticism is starting to kick in more and it is allowing him to do more on the court. He has good footwork and can make tough shots at times. A D1 offered player.
2023 6’5 F Jayden Wayne (Lincoln HS)
- Strong and powerful forward prospect that might be best on the football field, as he already holds an offer from Oregon on the gridiron. Jayden can rebound, score in transition and make plays with his athleticism.
2022 6’6 SF Will Woodward (Eastlake HS)
- Lefty wing-forward grew three inches from his freshman season and is averaging a strong double-double at 15 points and 10 rebounds per game. Woodward will need a big game for Eastlake to be able to contend with Lincoln’s athletic attack. A player to track over the next couple years.
