North Raleigh comes out swinging early
It wasn’t a game that North Raleigh Christian took lightly. They jumped out to an early 34-29 lead at halftime with 2022 guard Corey Jones leading the way for them with 10 points, three assists and two steals. He’s a young sharpshooter that knows how to make plays. Jones finished with 17 points when it was all said and done.
Elijah Jamison goes for 40 points
Elijah Jamison posted 40 points a night after a down game against South Granville to lead his team to victory. Jamison poured in 25 of his 40 points in the second half, continuously finding ways to get to the paint and score the rock. He’s a high-major prospect that’s averaging 30+ points per game this season. He also snagged 13 rebounds. He’s averaging double figures in that category as well.
Look out for Jordan Durham
Slowly but surely, 2023 guard Jordan Durham‘s confidence is growing for Louisburg. Durham finished with 18 points, four assists and three rebounds while shooting 2-of-2 from behind the 3-point line in the game. He’s a wiry guard that’s learning how to compete on both ends and use his length at 6-foot-1.
