Now it is time to dive into our superlatives from the event. Today we have Team Rose: Top Shooters Part 2!
Roland McCoy (Kenwood – 2020)
McCoy continues to see his stock rise. The undersized shooting guard drilled perimeter jumpers all over the floor from both mid-range and three. Smooth scorer with a nice looking shot!
Lamont Williams (Hyde Park – 2022)
Williams is a small and stocky point guard that opened our eyes with the way he drilled an array of threes.
Keedan Foster (Romeoville – 2020)
Foster competed with his team down on Sunday afternoon by drilling three after three!
Antoine Bloxton (Bogan – 2020)
Bloxton is an explosive all-around scorer that get buckets from all three levels. He displayed a feathery pull up game from three and mid-range.
Jason Bergstrom (Niles Notre Dame – 2020)
Bergstrom is an Illinois-Springfield commit that has good size and strength. Plus shooter especially off the catch that knocked in some clutch triples in their win over Orr.
Troy D’Amico (Niles Notre Dame – 2021)
D’Amico is a skilled small forward that has a free and easy release that he gets off with ease from deep. He hit several big shots for Notre Dame!
Bryce Hall (Orr – 2020)
Probably the best we have seen Hall shoot the basketball. The transfer from Simeon looked like the go to guy for Orr.
Elijah Bull (Evanston – 2021)
Bull made the move back to Evanston from Niles North. The junior will bring perimeter spot up shooting to this team like he did at Team Rose.
Ahamad Bynum (Simeon – 2021)
Bynum is one of the best microwave scorers in the state. When he is rolling his three point game is on point!
Matthew Hawkins (Mt. Carmel – 2021)
Hawkins opened our eyes with his perimeter shooting in the last game of the event. Strong two guard that lit it up from deep.
Charles Doyle (Farragut – 2021)
Doyle had 25 points with most of them coming from beyond the arc. Lead guard that can really shoot it.
