For the past 10 years, the National Hoopfest has brought together some of the best teams from across the country to compete with each other, and giving the opportunity for big time DC area teams to see how they stack up nationally. This year was no different, and while we were only able to attend the first day of the stacked two day set, there was still plenty of talent from all over the country in attendance. Here's a look at part one of the senior standouts from Saturday.

DJ Gordon | 6’6” F | First Love (PA)

The Penn State commit should bring the Nittany Lions an immediate scoring threat on the wing with his blend of size and skill set on the perimeter. At 6’6” he’s a natural athlete that can run the floor and finish above the rim, he’s able to create his own shot off the bounce and he has three-level scoring ability. At times he seemed to try to do a little bit too much, but at the same time he was a guy who came at you on every play and was a tough guy to matchup with. He finished with 23 points on
