Miles Mitchell 6’0 SG Cimarron 2022 (#21 2022) – Mitchell will be one of the key players for Cimarron. The sharpshooter is going to provide scoring as well as outside shooting. The Spartans play terrific defense, but they will need the additional scoring that Mitchell can provide.
Camden Thompson 6’1 SG Thompson Clovis East 2022 – Thompson is a terrific two way player for Clovis East. The Sophomore can shoot it off the dribble and is efficient in catch and shoot action. He plays the passing lanes well and can turn defense into offense quickly.
Fernando Talavera 6’5 PF Mojave 2023 (#12 2023) – Fern is a long lanky rim protector and rebounder. He’s still raw in his offensive moves, however, he should help Mojave control the boards and provide second-chance opportunities.
Fredy Vargas 6’2 SG Rancho 2022 (#12 2022) – Vargas is one of the key playmakers for Rancho. He has a tremendous skill set that includes creating plays off the bounce, crashing the boards and handling the ball in the backcourt. He wraps all of it around his greatest strength which is his outside shooting.
Jimar Mitchell 5’10 PG Rancho 2022 (#16 2022) – Mitchell is part of Rancho’s terrific sophomore trios. He can create his own shot off the bounce, as well as space the floor with his outside shooting ability.
Kei Childress JR 6’1 PG Rancho 2022 (#26 2022) – Childress is the engine of the team. He is in charge of handling the ball and getting the Rams into their offense. He is an outside shooting threat who will also be used as a floor spacer when the Rams put the ball in the hands of some of their other perimeter scorers.
Osiris Grady 6’7 C Silverado 2023 (#2 2023) – Grady is one of the top Freshmen in the state. A big physical athlete, he is at his best when he’s finishing in transition. Grady spent most of the summer season playing up in competition so don’t expect the level of play to rattle him. Expect Grady to provide rim protection, interior defense, and rebounding for a deep Silverado squad.
Darnell Fizer 6’4 SF Silverado 2023 (#4 2023) – Fizer is only a Freshmen, but his offensive game is advanced. He is a professional shooter that forces defenders to stay attached at all time. At 6’4 he has the frame and fluidity to defend multiple positions.
