Jaylin Gibson (Evanston – 2021)
Gibson is one of the best passers in the state. I love the way he draws defenders in the paint and then finds either shooters in the corners or makes a quick dump off pass to his big man inside. He had 4 dimes against Notre Dame.
Isaiah Holden (Evanston – 2021)
Holden was another excellent passer for Evanston. The point guard for the Wildkits is a quick lead guard that makes sound decisions with the basketball. His passing was what pushed his team to the win as he recorded 6 dimes.
Justin Moore (Bloom – 2020)
Moore filled in for Donovan Newby in the starting lineup and more than lived up to the billing. He ran the show getting all his weapons involved.
Jaehshon Thomas (Whitney Young – 2021)
Thomas is a powerfully built point guard that transferred in from Aurora Christian. He is fitting in for the Dolphins as their third guard along with setting up his primary scorers for 4 assists against Duncanville.
Marcus Watson (Morgan Park – 2020)
Watson led the EYBL in assists and was at it again Saturday night against CBC. His speed causes problems for the defense and we love his ability to make plays on the move finding his teammates for easy buckets. He had 6 assists.
