Tramon Mark 6’6 SG / Dickinson / Sr. [Houston] PHTX200
Tramon was really cooking with the good grease since Thursday and didn’t let up at all. He was a scoring machine in the early game on the day against Waxahachie. He did it all from all over the floor. Got his teammates involved in the game. Rebounded the ball and played solid defense.
Marcus Williams 6’2 CG / Dickinson / Sr. [Northern Colorado] PHTX200
Marcus was hitting some big shots in the morning game. The Northern Colorado commit was very vocal and was a leader on the floor offensively for the Gators. His deep ball was falling and played scrappy on-ball defense as well.
BJ Francis 5’11 PG / Waxahachie / Sr.
BJ was on one also in both games he went for 20+ and dished out 1 total of 18 assists over the two games. A true floor general who was able to create for himself and others no matter where he was on the floor. He got a lot of paint touches and made some tough passes. He sat on his opponent and made it really tough for the opposing ball handler.
Evan Butts 6’1 SG / Cy-Fair / Sr. PHTX200
Evan put on a shooting clinic in the first game where he made 8 trey balls which may be a record for the event or in the record books of the event. He is a surplus shooter from deep who moves well without the ball in his hands. Solid catch and shoot prospect that gets his shot off very quickly.
Mike Miles 6’3 PG / Lancaster / Sr. [TCU] PHTX200
Mike is one of the toughest point guards in his class and finally made his commitment to Texas Christian University. Mike has a very high skill set with the ball in his hands. He has a super quick first step and finishes above the rim and through defenders.
Marco Foster 6’2 SG / Lancaster / Sr. PHTX200
One of the best deep-ball shooters in the state of Texas regardless of class. Solid off the dribble, catch and shoot, spot up-shot, or off of screens. He knocked down a total of 10 trey balls on Saturday and shot at 45%. He will be a great addition to a D3/NAIA school who needs a for sure knockdown shooter.
Wade Taylor 6’0 PG / Lancaster / Jr. PHTX100
Wade is the best PG in his class in the State of Texas. He currently holds multiple D1 offers on the table. Plays with an extremely high motor. Has solid floor awareness and gets downhill really quick. He was able to score at a high rate in the mid-range game as well as getting to the rim with no problem. He is an ultra pesky on-ball defender with quick lateral movements and is aggressive on-ball as well.
Kenneth Lofton Jr 6’6 PF / Port Arthur Memorial / Sr [Louisiana Tech] PHTX200
The best passing big as well as the best handles for a big in the entire state of Texas. Lofton is a crafty ballplayer as he is a play initiator for his team. Had some tough passes that you normally see small guards making with really high IQ’s. He also is a glass cleaner as he is a walking double-double. Scores inside and outside. Moves great without the ball in hands also.
Journee Phillips 6’2 G / San Antonio Wagner / Sr. PHTX200
The most energetic player in the State of Texas. He is known as the high school version of Pat Beverly. He is a tough defender who will guard any position. Whoever is the best player on the court he’s checking them regardless of what size they are. He locks them down also. He is a crafty finisher around the rim and has a good handle on the ball. He would be a solid pick up for any D2 program that looking for a top-notch defender who can take his man off the dribble. He currently holds 3 D2 offers right now.
David Cattell 6’3 SG / Spring Dekaney / Sr.
David is a really solid scorer for his team. He had a slow start this game but was the leader for his squad and did more than just score the ball. He played solid on-ball defensively and got in there to bang with bigs for rebounds. He currently holds a pair of D3 offers on the table right now. He is a three-point knockdown artist and a mid-range shooter who can also get to the basket.
