The Mustangs lost in the Class 8A state title game to mainstay Blanche Ely.
Lecroy opened this season with a 15-point outing in a win at Booker last Tuesday. He was able to do plenty as an attacker, shooter and trendsetter for his offense.
He called this past season a very fun one as he called it an awesome experience with a team full of chemistry.
Lecroy currently holds offers from State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota and Emory and Henry College. This past summer, he suited up for coach Jeremy Schiller on Wave Basketball, also his head coach for Lakewood Ranch.
He pointed to his top strengths as his shooting and scoring ability. He says he is aiming to improve his toughness at the rim and his leadership and vocalness on defense.
Lecroy is a late bloomer who should pick up some offers this season with his importance to the Mustangs. His shooting and smarts will draw him looks and help him reach double digits nightly. College coaches should be out seeing him immediately as he can contribute all over the court.
