A three-year starter at Clearview, McNichols enters his senior year with a chance to become one of the school’s best players ever. He became the second player in school history to reach 1,000-points late in his junior season. This year, he will become the school’s all-time leading scorer early as a senior. McNichols stuck with Clearview despite seeing a lot of talent transfer out. His loyalty will pay out as he prepares to write his name in the Clearview history books forever.
Keon Sabb (2022) | 6’3 SG | Glassboro
Corey Clement, Juwan Johnson, and now Keon Sabb. The 2022 graduate had a freshman year to remember. On the football field, Sabb dominated and received early offers from Rutgers, Pitt, NC State, Baylor, and Maryland, among others. On the basketball court, Sabb displayed his ability as a pure scorer at a young age. He scored in double-figures in his first 20 high school games, 12 of them going over 20 points. He finished with 14 total games of 20 or more points. As a freshman, Sabb finished with over 500 points and he has a chance to reach 1,000 points incredibly fast.
Kavon Lewis (2020) | 5’10 PG | Penns Grove
Lewis was far and away the top option on Penns Grove last season and that will not change in his senior year. He scored in double-figures in every game last season. None of his team’s first 10 games, Lewis exploded for 20 or more points. If you haven’t noticed yet, Lewis can put the ball in the basket. Penns Grove will ride the offensive ability of their star senior this season.
Rob Petersen (2020) | 6’2 SG | Pitman
At 6’2, Petersen showed his ability to rebound at the guard position. He was one of the most consistent rebounders in the conference last season. Petersen puts on a show every time he steps on the floor. He scored a season-high 40 points in a loss to Salem late last season. Petersen will be playing collegiate ball next season and a team will be getting a smart player on and off the court.
Gage Ausland (2020) | 6’0 PG | Salem
Ausland was a leader on Salem’s team last season. As a senior, he will take the next step with his dynamic offensive game. Ausland can score from anywhere on the floor. As a point guard, he runs the offense effectively and can get to the line with ease. Being able to score from outside, inside, and at the line is a triple-threat that eludes some high school players. Ausland possess that skill and it will be on display whenever Salem takes the floor.
