The following players are now ranked in the Top 10 statewide (LEFT-new rank).
#7 Kameron Jones
Kameron Jones (E.C.S.) is loyal to his AAU program, the Team Thad . It will be interesting to see how, if any, changes Team Thad makes to their roster now that they are changed to NIKE instead of UA. Lefty scorer, Kameron Jones climbed significantly in the last ranking update because he scored at will on the AAU circuit. With ECS, Jones has an even larger scoring burden. Still, Kameron is a volume scorer with really good offensive instincts. Young shotmaker with great confidence.

#8 Jalen Brown
Wooddale is the newest home of Jalen Brown. Brown won a Class AAA State Championship as a freshman with Memphis East. Last year he moved to Trezevant and did well. In 2019-2020, Jalen joins 2018-2019 State Champion Wooddale High. Coupled with Johnathan Lawson, Brown is forming a potential 2020 State Champion.

#9 Eric Rivers
Former McCallie Head Coach John Shulman explained that his then-freshman Eric Rivers was going to be special before Rivers’ sophomore season. He was not bluffing. Rivers dominated weekly as a sophomore starter and now looks to be a potential Mr. Basketball candidate in his junior season. Rivers also won 2018 PrepHoopsTN Fall Combine MVP with great scoring and dribbling. Offensively, he truly has no weaknesses. Outside shooting could improve, but the same can be said for every basketball player.
