Union Pines 2020 Guard Jalen Eberhart: He will be a player that the team depends on to provide a nice amount of offense and in this event he showed he could do so. Using his upper body strength to muscle through contact as well as using his jump shot to knock down shots from midrange were all part of his arsenal.
Hoke County 2020 Forward Angel Dean: His height and physical play allowed him to be a player that was able to be productive rebounding the ball. He does a nice job of finding a body to box out and using his athleticism to pull down boards and finish put backs.
Washington HS 2020 Guard Rashod Smith: He made the move over to Washington HS after spending his first three years at Northside-Pinetown and the transition doesn’t look like it will be a difficult one for him. Various times throughout the day he was dominate with his ability to score the ball as well as showing his gift of being an outstanding passer.
Hoke County 2020 F Ethan Langhirt: He’s a player that showed some flashes of how good he can be throughout the day. He has nice athletic ability and showed some ability to knock down the three point shot. He’s a player that could be one that smaller schools ,that don’t mind a project player, could take a chance on.
Washington HS 2021 Guard Omarion Blount: We got our first chance to see this young man in action during the ENC FAB40 Camp and he impressed us with his ability to score and his businesslike attitude. We saw much of the same from him in this event, knocking down the three point shot and scoring well when his team got into transition.
Hoke County HS 2021 Guard Jamai Murray: He’s smaller in size but showed some sparks of how he can affect the game in a positive way offensively. Knocking down the three point shot as well as displaying a floater to score over taller opponents were some of the things we saw from him.
Southern Lee 2023 Forward Mykiah Butler: Young talent with plenty of upside and will only get better as time goes on. He already has some impressive athleticism and uses it to pull down boards and to finish above the rim.
