Cesare Edwards (2021) – Hartsville HS (pictured on the front)
Edwards 6’9 is the cream of the crop here for the Red Foxes. Edwards is a skilled big man who can knockdown the open look on the perimeter. Edwards prefers to play on the perimeter and seems best fit playing face-up on the floor. Edwards averaged 10.7 ppg and 9.1 rebounds last season for the Red Foxes. Edwards has offers from College of Charleston and Western Carolina University along with some others.
Ayden HickmanAyden Hickman (2021) – Myrtle Beach HS
Hickman averaged 10 ppg last season for the Seahawks while connecting on 35% (39-110) from three point range. Hickman a catch-shoot player has a quick shot release.
Jonathan “JJ” JonesJonathan “JJ” Jones (2021) – Myrtle Beach HS
Jones transferred in from nearby Socastee HS. Jones is gaining plenty of interest on the football field from Power 5 schools. Jones will be a nice addition to the Seahawks if he decides to play this season. Jones plays the game around the paint and shows to have a great motor while on the floor.
Tre’Quan ScottTre’Quan Scott (2021) – Darlington HS
The Falcons graduated several players from last seasons team. Scott will need to step-up offensively with the departure of Muldrow to conference for Wilson HS. Scott has great elevation on his shot his shot and is always on he move while on the floor.
Devonta OliverDevonta Oliver (2021) – Marlboro County HS (Bennettsville)
Oliver 6’3 really started to come in this summer playing with Team Wall Southeast on the Grassroots Circuit. Oliver has really good length and brings good versatility to the backcourt for the Bulldogs.
Javi MarloweJavi Marlowe (2021) – North Myrtle Beach HS
Marlowe a point guard keeps the game under control at all times and doesn’t turn it over. Marlowe a bit passive at times with his shot has good length. Marlowe plays very active in the passing lanes and gets many deflections. The Chiefs will have a new coach this season in Ryan Walker.
Hadyn BryantHadyn Bryant (2022) – Myrtle Beach HS
Bryant 6’6 will play in the post for the Seahawks this season. Bryant was hurt quite a bit this past season and has come up the ranks with a really solid 2022 group. Bryant will look to add some front court help to a Seahawks team dominated by guards and wings.
Deuce Hudson (2023) – Darlington HS
Hudson is the son of former major baseball leaguer Orlando Hudson. I have yet to see Hudson play but have been told by the Falcons staff he plans on seeing some good minutes this season as a freshman.
Zandee Butler (2023) – Wilson HS (Florence)
Butler is currently a backup Quarterback on the Tigers football season.
