Kyren Angelo, 5’7, PG, 2021, Washington
A quick guard with a low center of gravity, Angelo brings a nice combination of speed and skills to the floor. He can handle the ball well and shows good vision and the ability to get the ball inside and make a play. He played for Kansas United during the offseason and was a threat on the defensive side of the floor.
Jaron Briggs, 5’11, G, 2022, Sumner
A nice guard with good handles and a smooth finish to his plays. Briggs is a strong player for his size and adds speed and strength to the floor. He passes well and can connect from the free throw line. He has good vision and is also a nice scoring option and defensive player on the perimeter.
Tyrese Cannon, 6’3, G/F, 2022, Schlagle
A player who can see time as a guard or a forward. He runs hard and has a good touch and a good slashing and passing ability. He can handle the ball some and is a good passer and has the ability to score in a variety of ways. He has good size at 6’3 and shows the ability to switch on defense and protect the basket.
Tywan Muturi, 5’11, G, 2020, Washington
Also a standout defensive back for Washington, Muturi is a nice guard who can handle the ball at times and play strong defense in full court situations. He runs hard and can score well and shows good athleticism and a lot of control when he needs to make a play.
Garyeon Simpson, 5’11, G, 2021, Atchison
A good guard who is smart and looks to pass ahead and get the ball up the floor. He runs the floor well and is unselfish. He can score well and looks to disrupt plays on defense as well. Simpson shows up on both sides of the floor and has good speed.
