Anthony Allen – Independence – Point Guard
Allen is a true point guard prospect that gets after it on both ends. He pushes the pace well with the ball in his hands and has the ability to score on all three levels. On defense, he uses his speed and athleticism to pressure the basketball and make life difficult for opponents. He’s due for a strong senior season in the starting rotation for Independence.
Luke Davis – Moravian Prep (National) – Forward
David is a versatile forward that’s an underrated shooter and athlete on the floor. He can play above the rim and shoot it from the perimeter with efficiency. As he finds his confidence on the perimeter and in the paint, he’s a prospect to keep track on a deep Moravian Prep rotation.
Shakeel Moore – Moravian Prep (National) – Guard
Moore showed off his developing 3-point shot to go along with his athleticism at the rim. He’s an intriguing prospect with his ability to push the envelope on defense and play at the rim. As his shot and confidence grow, so should his recruitment. A number of high major programs like Georgetown are already in play.
Josh Hall – Moravian Prep (National) – Wing/Guard
Hall showed off his continued development as a versatile threat all over the floor at 6-foot-9. He gets to the rim, he can shoot it from deep and continues to show why he’s another high-major prospect. With DePaul on hand, he was impressive doing a lot all over the floor.
Cameron Thompson – Moravian Prep (Regional) – Point Guard
Thompson is going to be a steal for somebody at the next level with his competitive nature and high-level handles. He’s a smooth operator with the ball in his hands that can finish in traffic and pass at a high level. He’ll be one prospect that sees his recruitment grow on Moravian Prep’s regional team.
Reggie Raynor – Northwood Temple – Wing/Forward
Raynor is a long, athletic prospect at 6-foot-9 that flies around the floor on both ends. He dunks everything when he can around the rim on offense and on defense, he protects the paint with his shot-blocking ability. He’s got a number of offers already from the likes of Coppin State, Mount Olive and others.
Evan Joyner – Piedmont Classical – Forward
Joyner was an explosive forward prospect at 6-foot-8 that turned heads with his ability to get out on the break and finish above the rim. He can handle the basketball and should be a solid inside-out prospect in the rotation. North Carolina A&T is getting quite the athlete in Joyner.
Jalen Joiner – Piedmont Classical – Guard/Wing
Joiner is an emerging prospect that can play the guard and wing spot with his size at 6-foot-4. He’s got good strength and length that allows him to add to their stellar team defense. He’s also quite the athlete at the rim. He’ll be one senior to track on this Piedmont Classical squad.
Trent McIntyre – Piedmont Classical – Guard
McIntyre is a versatile guard that can run the offense and score off the bounce. He’s got a solid IQ for rebounding and defending as well which allows for him to defend multiple positions on the floor. He’s another senior to keep track of on this squad with room to grow.
Josh Massey – United Faith Christian – Guard/Wing
Massey is a long, athletic prospect at 6-foot-7. He can score it from deep and get to the rim and finish strong. He’s due to be quite the leader on the floor for this United Faith Christian squad. Western Carolina, who was on hand for much of the event, is getting a steal in Massey.
Anjay Cortez – United Faith Christian – Forward
Cortez is a long, versatile prospect at 6-foot-8. He wasn’t the biggest scorer on offense, but on defense, he communicates well in the paint and protects the rim. He’ll be a solid defensive anchor for this squad and should emerge as quite the rebounder. He holds an offer from Catawba College.
Daniel Ransom – Vance – Wing/Forward
Ransom is one of a two seniors on this Vance High School squad that should be a versatile threat. He’s got quite the wingspan at 6-foot-6 that allows him to defend multiple positions and play multiple positions. He showed he can create offense from his defense and compete at a high level. He’s another Western Carolina commit that stood out.
