The Word of God Holy Rams kicked off their 2019-20 season against New Life Christian on Tuesday night and for a while, it looked like things would be close until the Holy Rams opened things up down the stretch. In the end, Word of God took home a 83-61 victory. The Holy Rams led by eight before they really broke things open thanks to some big plays on defense and big dunks from 2020 guard Quandre Bullock and Michigan commit Isaiah Todd with about 1:30 left in the third quarter. Word of God was led by Todd's 17 points while Bullock finished with 14 points, which all came in the second half. Hutchinson Community College commit Saiquone Harris finished with 15 points, knocking down one 3-pointer and getting to the free throw line as well.
