Julian Larry • 6’2 PG • 2020 • iSchool Academy of Lewisville (Indiana State) PHTX200
This was my first time seeing this point and I was super impressed with his play. Very poised and controlled every single aspect of the game. Plays physical and finishes very well through the contact. Really solid in the pick-n-roll set as a floor general. Has a really high IQ and can create for himself as well. The Sycamores got a great prospect.
Mike Miles • 6’2 PG • 2020 • Lancaster HS PHTX200
This prospect is currently sitting on multiple D1 offers and it’s easy to see why. He is a play-making point that can create for himself and others. Has a strong frame and great handle on the ball. Plays with multiple speeds and controls the flow of the offense. He is also a tenacious on-ball defender who plays his opponent tightly.
Wade Taylor • 6’1 PG • 2021 • Lancaster HS PHTX75
Crafty guard that gets downhill quickly. Super active on the defensive side of the ball. He is a chaotic defender as he disrupts his opponent and forces them into making mistakes. He can also shoot the ball very well and isn’t a selfish point. He has a high motor and gets after the 50/50 balls. He currently holds multiple D1 offers.
Rylan Griffen • 6’5 G • 2022 • Richardson HS PHTX50
This prospect is a high flying wing-guard and he’s only a sophomore. I witnessed him put several guys in the rim like it was nothing. Has a smoothness to his overall game and is a great corner shooter. Reads his defenders well when attacking. Has a long wingspan and is a great leaper.
Journee Phillips • 6’2 G • 2020 • San Antonio Wagner HS PHTX200
Defensively he is a beast and is the best on-ball defender in the entire state. Some people call him the High School Patrick Beverly. He has guarded all five positions on the floor and does so exceptionally well. He would be a great addition to any collegiate program regardless the level of play. It is his defense that will award him a scholarship and playing time as a Freshman.
Braelon Seals • 6’3 SG • 2020 • San Antonio Wagner HS
He also runs the show for the T-Birds but he’s better off the ball as a shooter. Really solid catch and shoot prospect from both mid-range and the new collegiate three point line range. Very chippy player and vocal on the defensive side of the ball. Would be solid for any D3/NAIA looking for a shooter.
Austin Benigni • 5’10 PG • 2022 • The Woodlands Christian Academy
Austin is a hard nosed point that has really good ball speed and a nice dribble hesitation that he causes defenders to freeze up every time. Knocks down jump shots and gets a lot of paint touches where he creates for others or knocks down his floater. Really interested to see how this sophomore game develops over the next couple of years.
Tucker Nooe • 6’8 PF • 2020 • The Woodlands Christian Academy
Continues to be a double-double machine. Has the ability to knock down outside jumpers so could be utilized as a stretch four or stretch big on the next level. Has a knack for pulling down offensive rebounds and scores well in the paint where he shows pose and patience. Has a couple of offers on the D3 and NAIA level.
Bakari LaStrap • 6’0 PG • 2020 • The Woodlands Christian Academy PHTX200
Bakari is a physical point that has springs in his feet. He has great elevation on his jumpers. Solid decision making as a floor general. Has good defensive IQ also and is vocal on the floor. Would be a great addition to any D2/D3/NAIA program in need of a floor general next year.
