Brendan Hausen • 6’4 G • 2022 • Amarillo HS (as seen in picture)
Has a really solid skill set and plays both sides of the ball really well. Fundamentally sound and can shoot the leather off the ball. He had two dunks in the game as well. Moves great without the ball in his hands. Has a high motor and plays with a lot of tenacity.
Cade Hornecker • 6’10 C • 2022 • Amarillo HS
This young big prospect has a really high IQ offensively. He was making tough passes out of the post to the opposite side of the court. Was also cleaning house on the glass. Runs the floor extremely well and always hustled to get back on defense. Had a nice drop step dunk off of two.
Damonze Woods • 6’6 SF • 2022 • Amarillo HS
This prospect is not a prospect to sleep on. He can play as a combo forward and can guard the 2-5 positions on the court. High motor prospect that has a good game and was posting his opponent up on the wing and short corners of the court. Plays above the rim also.
Jerrell Colbert • 6’10 C • 2021 • Cornerstone Christian Academy PHTX75
Had some flashes of what his potential could truly be as he was dunking out of the post with his back to the basket. He also was able to draw the defense out to the perimeter as he knocked down a pair of outside jumpers consecutively. He will be a key piece in the success of Cornerstone’s season this year.
Tre White • 6’6 SG • 2022 • Cornerstone Christian Academy
Tre is very explosive prospect. He was all over the floor and made some big key plays for his team. Has a high motor and gets after it. Big time bounce as he rose up to throw down some monstrous gym rattling jams in the games.
Micah Peavy • 6’7 SF • 2020 • Duncanville HS [Texas Tech] PHTX200
Mr. Peavy is looking like he’s primed for the Mickey D’s All-American game. He made the game look really simple and didn’t force anything. He played with a high motor. And bodied an opponent with ease. He is stronger and faster than he was last season. The Red Raiders are getting a special prospect next year.
Ja’Bryant Hill • 5’10 PG • 2020 • Duncanville HS PHTX200
This speedy guard is a handful. He is so quick and deceptive with the ball in his hands. Don’t underestimate this prospect because of his size because he will make you pay. He is a deep ball threat as well so it allows him to open up the floor even more for the UIL 6A defending state champions. He just picked up his first offer from an NAIA level school and expect him to bring in more as he looks to help push his team to a repeat State Championship season.
Darrius Miles • 6’10 C • 2020 • Faith Family Academy PHTX200
This big prospect showed a lot within his game. He guarded players inside the paint and on the perimeter. Really solid in the pick-n-pop and pick-n-roll game. Solid double-double guy who could play high-low post and knock down mid-range jumpers. Has solid timing to block shots and alters a ton of shots. Would be a great addition to any Low-Major D1/D2 program.
