The Season has just begun but it’s not too early to take a look at some potential Player Of The Year candidates. These players have gotten off to a quick start and we are expecting things to only get better as the season goes on.

Clayton HS G/F BJ Freeman: He’s put up some big time numbers this season so far which included a 35 point performance to help the Comets to a 2-2 record so far. Schools at the D1 MM/HM level already have offered and he will he one to keep a close eye on as the season goes on.

Moravian Prep Guard Josh Hall: At this point you have to consider Moravian the top team in the state and a national top 25 team without a doubt. Hall is not the only reason why but he is a huge part of the team success, already averaging 25 PPG this season.

Village Christian Guard Zavian Mclean: With the loss of quite a few seniors last year , there were questions as to who would step in and help provide some offense for VCA. Well Zavian has stepped up and took on the leadership role as he is averaging
