Clayton HS G/F BJ Freeman: He’s put up some big time numbers this season so far which included a 35 point performance to help the Comets to a 2-2 record so far. Schools at the D1 MM/HM level already have offered and he will he one to keep a close eye on as the season goes on.
Moravian Prep Guard Josh Hall: At this point you have to consider Moravian the top team in the state and a national top 25 team without a doubt. Hall is not the only reason why but he is a huge part of the team success, already averaging 25 PPG this season.
Village Christian Guard Zavian Mclean: With the loss of quite a few seniors last year , there were questions as to who would step in and help provide some offense for VCA. Well Zavian has stepped up and took on the leadership role as he is averaging about 20 PPG and recently dropped 35 on Southern Durham.
Durham Academy 2022 G/F MJ Rice: DA is off to a tremendous start at 8-0 and he’s one of the reasons why. The combination of size, skill and strength that he has makes things difficult for players that try to defend him. For the season he’s averaging just under 20 points and 8 rebounds a night.
Louisburg HS 2021 Guard Elijah Jamison: Only one game has been played by him this season but the numbers he put up have been amazing. 41 points and 15 rebounds in their opener shouldn’t be a surprise as he averaged just under 30 points a night last season.
Millbrook HS 2021 Forward/Center Will Felton: We like to call him Mr. Double/Double as he in an absolute beast scoring and rebounding the ball. In four game this season, he’s averaging 20 Points, 12 Rebounds and one block all while helping his team achieve a 4-0 record.
