Watkins returns for his senior season with a commitment to VCU and expectations of being the best player in the conference. Watkins will fine tune his game this season before moving on to VCU and making an impact at the next level. The 6’7 senior is listed as a small forward but he has the ability to play anywhere on the floor. He can step out and shoot or he can be seen bringing the ball up and running the offense. At his size, Watkins is extremely athletic and possess natural ability. He is expected to dominate the BCSL this season because of his pure skill and elusiveness. One thing that is for sure, you will be hearing the name Jamir Watkins at the Division I level for years to come.
DJ Woodbury (2020) | 6’2 PG | Burlington City
Woodbury is a Temple commit to play football but he is no slouch on the basketball court. He will enter his senior season as a four-year starter with immense experience and confidence when he steps on the floor. Woodbury can be seen on the football field catching passes and tormenting opposing quarterbacks from the safety position. In the winter, he is on the basketball court leading Burlington City in scoring. A true multi-sport athlete, Woodbury will be a big name in the BCSL during his final season.
Marcus Randolph (2021) | 6’4 SF | Willingboro
In a conference that features some big time scorers, Randolph may be the best one. As a sophomore, Randolph scored in double-figures in all but one game. He posted five 30-point games including his season-high of 38 in a win over Washington Township. Randolph has figured out at a young age how to use his 6’4 frame to dominate on the offensive end. Randolph does it all for Willingboro. He is a great rebounder and has vision that is well beyond his years. It will be exciting to see how this talent grows and matures as a junior this season.
EJ Evans (2020) | 6’4 SG | Trenton Catholic
Trenton Catholic features a two-headed monster. Watkins was mentioned earlier and Evans is his counterpart. Both of these players will be in the top-30 players in the state of New Jersey. Evans has not committed yet but he will be a Divison I player when he enters college. Trenton Catholic has expectations in the conference coming into this season led by Evans.

There is something to be said about players that show up in big games or in big moments. Martin scored a season-high 31 points in an 85-84 classic win over Burlington City. He knocked down a big three with four seconds left that gave his team the lead and the win. This was game three of a 17-game span where Martin scored double-figure points. He was a First Team All-Division player as a junior and is expected to repeat this honor as a senior.
Gianmarco Arletti (2020) | 6’6 PF | Holy Cross Prep
Holy Cross Prep won 17 games last season and they used the size of Arletti to do so. Arletti established a name as a top scorer and rebounder in the BCSL. He dropped 35 points in a win against Overbrook early last season and that propelled him to a monster season. Arletti averaged 18.1 points per game which led the team. Along with fellow Italian transfer Giovanni Cessel, Arletti led Holy Cross Prep every step of the way. Both are back this season and are expected to be the toughest front court in the conference.
Glenn Morrison (2020) | 6’2 SG | Delran
An absolute pure scorer. Morrison finished with three 30-point games last season as a junior. On his way to First Team All-Division, Morrison led Delran to 18 wins and will be the top returning player to the team in the 2019-2020 season. Morrison might not be a household name around the high school basketball scene but he has the skill and scoring ability to become one during the upcoming season.
