Tyler Brelsford Shooting Capabilities
George Washington commit Tyler Brelsford looked the part for Mt. St. Joe’s on Saturday. Bresfold was phenomenal from deep and hit a few triples from the volleyball line. He was smooth with the ball and got to the spots he wanted to.
Erik Reynolds Starting To Take Next Step
Reynolds showed a lot of toughness on Saturday. He rebounded well defensively for his position and size and dove on the floor for loose balls. One thing that has stood out when watching him during scrimmage play is his ability to go coast to coast. He is a fast guard that handles it well and can go from one end to the other very well with the ball in his hands.
Judah Mintz Is A Star In The Making
Gonzaga has a star in the making as 2022 Judah Mintz already is looking like an elite high major prospect. Yes, I know he has yet to do anything at the varsity level but he has a lot of electric playmaking skills that were on display Saturday and was doing whatever he wanted to in transition. Mintz is next up for Steve Turners bunch.
Cam Sapienza Is A Sniper
I am not sure what type of role Cam will play this year but he could potentially make some big shots for Mt. St. Joe’s. He was a sniper from the corner this weekend and impressed with how confident he looked when the ball was in his hands.
Solomon Eric Productivity
Solomon really stood out this past Saturday because of the amount of space he takes up in the post. He was also vocal and constantly engaged in both sides of the ball. I would like to see him become a little more impactful on offense as it could give Eleanor Roosevelt even more production.
