#1 DaRon Holmes 6’9 2021 F & Justus Jackson 5’10 2021 G (Millennium)
I went back and forth between 1 and 2, but I think Holmes and Jackson take it for the best dynamic duo in the state. These two players are just so darn talented and play extremely well together. I think they are in store for some big things this season and future seasons.
#2 Ty Ty Washington 6’3 2021 G & Ricardo Sarmiento 5’10 2021 G (Cesar Chavez)
As mentioned before, I heavily considered these two for the #1 spot, but they just got edged out. No disrespect to these two, they are super talented and should turn in some amazing seasons together. These two really compliment each other’s games, while also having some similar skill sets.
#3 Dasean Lecque 6’0 2021 G & Osasere Ighodaro 6’10 2020 F (Desert Vista)
This duo is very talented but is still a little bit new. I have only seen them in action a little bit so I couldn’t put them over the top 2 duos, as they’ve had a lot of time to gel together. However, these two could do some big things this season. They have already shown how dangerous and special they can be together thus far this pre-season/holiday tournaments.
#4 Evan Nelson 6’2 2020 G & Jordan Gainey 6’4 2020 G (Salpointe Catholic)
Evan Nelson and Jordna Gainey are a very talented duo but they just didn’t have the firepower to overcome the others on the list. With that being said, I still think these two will absolutely dominate 4A and eventually win the state championship with ease.
