Jalen Quinn (Tuscola)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #12
Quinn is a multi-sport athlete for Tuscola that wasn’t able to do the camp circuit this fall, but we were able to watch some extensive game tape on him from over the last year. What you have to like about Quinn is size for position to start at 6’3”. He plays with excellent pace and doesn’t seem to be in a hurry for a young player. Feel for the game and can pass with either hand. Creative layup maker. High IQ young lead guard.
Justin King (Mascoutah)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #33
King continues to make strides every time we watch him hit the floor. It first started with the strides he made for the Illinois Bears over the summer. He showed it again this fall with his upside. Long and lanky point guard that will continue to grow height and strength wise. Made growth as a perimeter shooter which is huge to his development as he is already such and elite driver with smooth acceleration.
MySean Vaughn (Simeon)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #44
Vaughn is a high energy guard that is one of the most vocal players in the class. Put his name on the map at Pangos All-Midwest Frosh/Soph Camp in our first evaluation of him. Like the length and tenacity he plays with on the defensive end of the floor. His confidence radiates over to his teammates! Offensively he is a slick passer in tight spaces and a crisp ball handler.
Jayden Dean (Neuqua Valley)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #54
Dean emerged at the Spartz Fall Showcase and then followed that up with a strong showing at the Pangos Camp. This guard was always in attack mode getting in the lane with his quickness off the dribble where he finished well around bigger defenders. Dean is a pesky on ball defender with active hands and gets steals.
