Below is a list of the most impressive shooting prospects in the freshman and sophomore classes at the 2019 Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo last weekend in Oklahoma City. The players listed below are among the athletes I was able to watch, exclusively.

Orie Walker 2023 Heritage Hall wing

If you search consistent on your browser, you may find a photograph of freshman standout Orie Walker under your “images” tab. Walker got hot from long-range in his first matchup of the game, an exhibition in which the newcomer seamlessly hit 5-of-6 shots from downtown. Walker opened the eyes of many with his impressive performance Sunday, emerging as one of the most exciting rookie prospects in the Oklahoma freshman class. With a roster that returns four starters from the 2018-2019 season, do not be surprised to see Walker get significant minutes in his introductory campaign this season.

Marcell Perry 2022 Southeast wing

Marcell Perry emerged Sunday as one of the most interesting underclassmen in the gym, in heavy part credited to his shooting abilities. Perry had knock-down accuracy and quick-strike mentality on the catch-and-shoot and was bound to hit shots when his defender
