Nate Bloedorn (Nolensville ’19)
Constantly hailed as the premiere middle Tennessee big man, Nate and his Nolensville Knights experienced a lot of success. Most importantly, Bloedorn is setting himself up for success in life with a rigorous college agenda. Mechanical Engineering is no joke and Bloedorn has just the mind to conquer that major.
In his only college exhibition game, Nate scored 4 points on 2-2 shooting in 16 minutes of game action. Interestingly, Bloedorn led the team with two steals too.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner at Nolensville High School … Team captain … Averaged 20.3 points, 11.1 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game and shot 63% from the field as a senior … Career totals include 1,350 points, 846 rebounds and 251 blocks … Career-highs of 34 points and 18 rebounds … Three-time all-district and two-time all-region … Two-time regional tournament and regular season district champion … AP Scholar with Distinction … National Merit Commended Scholar.
PERSONAL: Son of Jeff and Tammy Bloedorn … Majoring in mechanical engineering.
Trent Stephney (Bearden ’19)
State Champion. Scored 13 points in the season’s first exhibition.
High School: Joins the UNC Asheville men’s basketball program out of Bearden High School in Knoxville, Tenn. … Was an all-state and all-region selection during his senior season … Scored 22 points on 8-of-15 shooting in the AAA state championship game to lead Bearden to its first-ever state title.

Dakota Quinn (Davidson Academy ’15)
Former Tennessee Tiger Dakota Quinn played both basketball and football for Davidson Academy. Now he puts up double-doubles for MidAmerica Nazarene University, his third college team.

Taijon Jones (Oak Ridge ’17)
Athletic. Bouncy.
2018-19 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in 31 games with 26 starts … Averaged 31.7 minutes, 10.2 points and 3.2 rebounds per game … Scored a career-high 30 points versus Milligan on Dec. 21 … Played a season-high 40 minutes versus USC Upstate on Jan. 30 … Corralled eight rebounds versus Gardner-Webb on Feb. 21 … Scored in double figures 16 times … Made six three pointers versus High Point on March 2 … Tallied four steals versus Winthrop on Jan. 5 … Finished the season with 316 points, 99 rebounds and 982 minutes.
2017-18 (Freshman): Did not see action; redshirted.
High School: Jones put together a prolific career at Oak Ridge High School where he was a finalist this past season for Mr. Basketball at the 3A level in the state of Tennessee … He finished his prep career with 1,246 points, 148 steals and 136 assists … Jones knocked down 199 three-pointers during his time playing with Oak Ridge High School … He connected on 43.2 percent of his shots from beyond the arc … During his senior year at Oak Ridge, Jones averaged 18.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 3.1 steals per game … For his efforts in addition to being a finalist for Mr. Basketball in Tennessee, Jones was chosen as All-District, All-Region and All-State … He was also selected as the Most Valuable Player for his district.
